Request deletion of your account and all associated data.

What happens when you delete your account

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, preferences)
  • All family groups you created
  • Meal plans, shopping lists, and saved recipes
  • Task assignments and schedules
  • Calendar events and reminders
  • All other data associated with your account

Important information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • If you are the owner of a family group, other members will lose access to shared data.
  • Deletion will be processed within 30 days of your request.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account, send an email to the address below with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include the email address associated with your My Family Planner account.
