Common Questions
The deposit secures your spot in our build queue and covers initial development costs. The remaining 50% is due on delivery, once you've reviewed and approved the work.
Every package includes at least one revision round. Additional changes beyond the included rounds can be arranged at an hourly rate. We work closely with you to get it right the first time.
Monthly fees cover server hosting, SSL certificates, uptime monitoring, security updates, and basic technical support. For AI packages, it also includes API usage costs and model hosting.
For automation and website packages where monthly hosting is optional, absolutely. We'll deploy to your infrastructure and provide documentation. AI packages require our managed hosting due to model and API dependencies.
Turnaround times are listed on each package. Starter packages typically deliver in 3-5 business days, while enterprise and custom projects take 10-21 days depending on complexity.
