This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect your personal information when you use the MyFamilyPlanner mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services").

3.3 Information We Do NOT Collect or Store
Credit Card and Payment Information
We do NOTcollect, process, or store any credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial payment information. All payment processing is handled exclusively by PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a registered South African payment gateway. Your payment details are entered directly on PayFast's secure platform. We only receive confirmation of successful or failed transactions. Information is shared among family members you invite to your family group. Activity assignments, schedules, and caregiver notes are visible to relevant family members.

Your personal information may be transferred to countries outside of South Africa where our service providers operate. In accordance with Section 72 of POPIA, we ensure that the recipient country has adequate data protection laws, appropriate safeguards are in place, or you have consented to the transfer.
