SubPilot is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that helps you track all your recurring subscriptions and payments. It shows you what you're paying for, when renewals are due, and how much you're spending monthly and yearly.
Is my data stored in the cloud?
No. SubPilot stores all your data locally on your computer. Your financial information never leaves your machine. No accounts, no cloud sync, no tracking.
How do renewal alerts work?
SubPilot checks your subscription dates and sends desktop notifications before each renewal. You choose how many days in advance you want to be notified (1, 3, 7, or 14 days).
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Personal and Lifetime licenses cover 2 devices. Pro covers 5 devices. Family licenses can be used on up to 10 devices in the same household.
