After purchase, you receive a unique license key via email. Download and install SubPilot, then enter your key in Settings > License to activate. Each key is valid for one year and tied to your account. You can deactivate and reactivate on a different machine if needed.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by purchasing a higher tier. Your new license key will unlock the additional features immediately. The remaining time on your current license carries over. Contact support for downgrades or refund adjustments.
SubPilot is currently available for Windows 10/11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux support is on the roadmap and will be announced when available. A companion mobile app for iOS and Android is also planned for a future release.
